Modern Wound P-90's are hotter with slightly more grit and sustain. These are stock with alnico 5 magnets and formvar wire. If you want more distortion and drive, these pickups will do the trick. The bridge pickup is RWRP for hum-canceling with the neck pickup. This pickup matches perfectly with our Classic Wound P-90 in the neck.
